Built-in 1876 The Arena Black Lion Hotel is a brand new refurbished Manchester themed hotel that boasts 13 luxury themed bedrooms of iconic streets and buildings that Manchester has to offer.

Located in the perfect spot for the city-goers, we are a 10-minute walk away from the Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre and a short walk to Victoria train station, the local Metrolink stations and the AO arena.

DESIGNER’S ON THE DOORSTEP

The 13 brand new hotel rooms are individually furnished, and come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen Smart TVs with Netflix streaming, tea and coffee making facilities, a heating controlled system, king-size beds and walk in showers.

The hotel offers 24-hour hotel access, key card access and night porters are at your call if needed.

Our traditional pub downstairs serves a gastropub menu and a list of your favourite drinks!

Our main menu is served seven days a week, from 12-8pm.

At The Black Lion we take pride in serving up delicious meals for you to indulge in. From mouth-watering burgers, succulent wings, classic hot dogs, and the timeless favourite, fish and chips…We’ve got the perfect menu to satisfy everyone’s cravings.
